The following terms and conditions pertain to all programs run by BOLD Summers. The terms and conditions supersede any other terms and conditions previously published by BOLD Summers. Both the parent/guardian and student are responsible for being familiar with the terms and conditions. In addition to BOLD Summer’s terms and conditions, students and families must abide by the campus locations’ policies.

International Participants

For residents outside of the United States, TravMark is offering UnitedHealthcare Global SafeTrip travel protection plans for your upcoming trip. Unlike many plans for international participants that typically provide emergency medical expenses and medical evacuation coverage only, SafeTrip plans can offer additional benefits such as those listed below

Trip cancellation, interruption or delay

  • Emergency medical expenses
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Lost, damaged or stolen luggage
  • Please note that this plan has a pre-existing condition exclusion which can not be waived.
